1968: More Than Half of First Capitol Campus Graduates Are Women

Of the original 12 undergraduate students who graduated from Capitol Campus in 1968, more than half of the graduates were women:

• Jane Cheadle
• Marie Furjanic
• Ruth Keigh
• Barb Knight
• Lorna Rudisill
• Jean Treadwell

Twelve of the original 18 undergraduate students at Capitol Campus traveled to Beaver Stadium at University Park for graduation in June 1968. All 12 graduated with a degree in the social sciences.
