Hello and welcome to my lab, Applied Cognitive and Learning Lab (ACALL). I am an assistant professor of Information Sciences and Technology at Penn State Brandywine and a multidisciplinary researcher. I earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering and  doctoral degree in Instructional Systems (now called Learning, Design, and Technology) from Penn State University. My research interests is to study how knowledge is represented (in human minds and digitally), acquired (how human learn), and optimized (learn effectively).

I work with a group of talented and inspiring people with a variety of expertises, such as software security, software engineering, cognitive modeling, data analytics, and research design. There are interesting collaborative works between the lab and people in other institutions. I hope you find the web site useful and interesting.
