End-of-Semester Student Reflection
Questions… What is the End-of-Semester Reflection? How do I obtain and complete the End-of-Semester Reflection?
The End-of-Semester Reflection (ESR) is part of the professional development plan for ARLMs. Site supervisors complete the ESR at the end of each semester based on their experiences with the individual ARLM. AR staff review the ESR with ARLMs at the beginning of each semester and talk about their areas of strength and what skills they need to further develop. Additionally, ESRs are used to guide the ARLMs training plan.
You will be emailed a link to complete the ESR by America Reads staff. If you do not receive this link by November 20th or April 15th, contact Emily Wolfe at email@example.com. Please be very thoughtful in your completion. The more specific you are, they better able we are to help the ARLM grow personally and professionally.
Placement Site Handbook and Letter of Agreement
Questions… What things am I responsible for as a placement site? What tasks are my America Reads student permitted to do?
Questions… How can I get a copy of the current timesheet packet? When do I need to submit timesheets by? Where do I send the timesheets?
Timesheet packets are mailed (USPS or PSU inter-office) directly to site supervisors at the beginning of each semester. Please use the master timesheet packet to make copies for each ARLM at your program. Print one-sided only and present to ARLMs as they receive their Authorization to Work letter.
Please refer to the packet coversheet for specifics on submission deadlines and how to submit. To access the Fall 2018 cover sheet, click here. Please contact Emily Wolfe at firstname.lastname@example.org or 814.865.7939 if you have any questions.
