Welcome!

If you have ever spent a minute wondering HOW your child learns all of those new words, how they seem to remember exactly where they put that favorite toy, or how they learn that the world is full of numbers, then this is the lab for you!

At the Brandywine Child Development Lab at Penn State Brandywine, we ask questions about how kids learn about the world around them. We do so by developing fun games to help us explore what kids know about objects, numbers, and language. We are always looking for families that are interested in participating and for students that are interested in working on our research projects. Find out more information about the work that we do by clicking on the links above.
