Theory, truth, value, story

There are many communication theories we could employ as we consider the value of story and the role of values, truth, subjectivity and their functions. Two good ones are “Narrative Paradigm” and “Standpoint Theory.” They offer a point of view about why stories are effective and the way social constructs affect whose stories get told and become “truth” for a society.
