Thank you for your interest in the Commission for Substance Awareness and Prevention (CSAP).
The primary function of CSAP to help campuses create healthy learning and working environments throughout the Penn State system.
CSAP is privileged to have a very active and engaged membership (PDF), which consists of staff from every Commonwealth Campus. CSAP members meet twice per academic year. During a typical fall semester the committee will hold an in-person annual meeting. During the spring semester, the group meets via Zoom.
