Time: 6pm – 10pm – Teams may arrive at any time to check in. We will have pre-registration, wifi account setups and tour/orientation.

| 7:30 AM – 8:15 AM | Registration | Includes validating team members, initial sign-in, and other paperwork as required for region. |
| 8:15 AM – 8:45 AM | Opening Ceremony | In the Cybertorium (Room W201). Welcome message from the region as well as overview of logistics and relevant rules. |
| 8:45 AM – 9:00 AM | Teams to Rooms | Volunteers / White Team monitors escort the teams to just outside their rooms. |
| 9:00 AM | Competition Begins | Teams are allowed into their rooms and the infrastructure is enabled for all teams. |
| 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM | Lunch | At some point in the middle of the day, lunch will happen. Teams or individuals can leave their rooms on their own time to eat; however, depending on local rules cannot take items into labs. |
| 6:00 PM | Competition Ends | Access to the environment is closed off, teams will not be allowed back into their systems. |
| 6:00 PM – 6:15 PM | Teams Return | Teams are brought back to the Cybertorium (room W201). |
| 6:15 PM – 6:45 PM | End of Day Announcements | Teams are reminded of their reporting requirements and the schedule of the next day, as well as any specific regional announcements.

| 3:00 AM | Reports Due | Final reports will be due into the Google Drive dropbox for each team. |
| 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM | Open Region Time | During this time, while volunteers are grading reports, the region will have the opportunity to present appropriate content such as sponsor presentations or a recruiting / networking event for students, volunteers, and sponsors. |
| 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM | Q&A Session | The competition White and Black teams will take some time to answer questions from students. |
| 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM | Final Awards Ceremony | Coordinated by the region, the first, second, and third place winners will be announced (First and second place will advance to Nationals). List of winners will be provided by White Team. |
| 12:00 PM | Regional Event Concludes | Teams will be free to leave. |
