Nature Trail Clean-up 2004

On Saturday, April 24, seventeen members of the Penn State New Kensington community (including students, staff, faculty, administrators and alumni) spent three hours working on the campus Nature Trail. Damaged trees were cut down and hauled away, new piles of logs and debris were added to the trail’s growing brush pile, and the newly created Stream Trail was extensively cleared and raked.

Everyone is welcome to come and walk the trail! Wildflowers (including trillium, rue anemone, spring beauty and pepperroot) are blooming now with more on the way! Learn more about the trail at http://www.nk.psu.edu/naturetrail.
