Welcome to E-portfolio Writing and Design

What is an E-portfolio?

In its simplest and common definition, that is, according to Wikipedia, an electronic portfolio is “a collection of evidence assembled and managed by a user, usually on the Web” (“Electronic Portfolio”). Okay, so you are “assembling evidence.” Or maybe you are “curating artifacts.” Perhaps you are also “visually narrating” your academic experience. Or “showcasing your individuality.” Or “demonstrating skills.” Whatever you are doing, it involves you thinking deeply about how to organize, curate, unify, and narrate information about yourself in a compelling, convincing way, from introducing academic pieces to explaining your role in THON.
