Yoga Challenge

I have recently decided to pick up an old hobby and practice yoga again. Yoga is a great source of exercise and really helps clear the body and mind. I challenge myself to do yoga at least three times a week, and practice different breathing techniques. My goal from this is to be more relaxed and have better concentration.
