To get from the airport to campus/hotels/town:

–  Nittany Express:  (814) 867 – 4646

–  Lyft / Taxi / Uber:  $15 – 20 (especially if sharing a ride, these options may be less expensive than the Nittany Express shuttle service).

State College trivia:  Like many travelers to Penn State’s campus, you may be confused as to the exact location of Penn State.  Is the university in State College or University Park?  Actually, both answers are correct!  The town is called State College, but the university lands are officially referred to as University Park.  This is why all campus addresses are listed as University Park, but any off-campus local addresses are listed as State College.  Local legend holds Milton Eisenhower — former Penn State president and brother of U.S. President Dwight Eisenhower — responsible for the decisions leading to this confusion.
