As an relatively low cost platform, Linux is a great platform for a lot of regions in the world. But enabling support for non-English content isn’t always well documented.

One site that does explain some of the basics is FSymbols.com. I haven’t test the site, but I would go here first to try and figure out the process. The site explains the different techniques in non-technical language and includes some screen captures to boot.

It looks like Linux has a lot of options…once you know which keys you need to press.
