The Department of Geosciences is part of the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences, and houses research programs spanning a broad spectrum of Earth Science disciplines (further information is available at: http://www.geosc.psu.edu). Applicants must have a Ph.D. in geosciences or a related field at the time of appointment. Applicants should submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, a statement outlining research and teaching interests, and the names and contact information of three references. All materials must be submitted online. Review of applications will begin on November 1, 2016 and continue until the position is filled. Appointment may begin as early as July 1, 2017.
