Congratulations to Mahyar Hadighi, Ph.D. student in Architecture and Hamer Center for Community Design resident researcher for winning first place in the Humanities Division for his poster: “Adapting Modern Architecture to a Local Context: A Grammar for Hajjar’s Hybrid Domestic Architecture”.

Hadighi will present his paper “Shape Grammar of Hajjar’s Hybrid Domestic Architecture: A Methodology for Analyzing Local Adaptation of Modern Architecture” in Docomomo RMB (2nd International Conference on Reuse of Modernist Buildings) in Portugal on April 7.
