When it comes to on-campus resources, college recruiters rely most heavily on the campus career center, according to results from NACE’s 2014 Recruiting Benchmarks Survey.
Nearly all of the survey respondents (98.4 percent) indicated they work through campus career centers. (See Figure 1.) Faculty members (83.5 percent) and student organizations (82.7 percent) also proved to be popular modes of finding potential hires.
The 2014 Recruiting Benchmarks Survey was conducted from May 19, 2014, to August 1, 2014, among NACE employer-members. A total of 274 NACE employer-members participated in the survey. The 2014 Recruiting Benchmarks Survey report will be available this fall.
