Chicken Tacos

​Ingredients:​

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced​
  • Taco seasoning of choice​
  • Water (as needed)​
  • Lettuce, shredded​
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed​
  • 1 jar salsa​
  • Plain Greek yogurt (optional)​
  • Avocado, sliced​
  • Flour or corn tortillas​

Directions:​

  1. In a large skillet, brown chicken and drain fat.​
  2. Add taco seasoning according to packet.​
  3. Assemble tacos as desired.​
