A quick and easy snack!

Ingredients:
- 2 (15-ounce) cans of chickpeas
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 to 1 ½ tsp kosher salt
- (Optional) 2 to 4 tsp of spices or herbs of choice – you can try cinnamon, sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, rosemary, thyme or cracked red pepper!
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Open the can of chickpeas and drain them using a strainer.
- Rinse the chickpeas thoroughly under water.
- Dry the chickpeas with a clean dish towel or paper towels. You can also let them air dry if you have the time.
- Spread the chickpeas evenly on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt over the chickpeas. Toss with your hands or a spatula to make sure they are evenly coated.
- Roast the chickpeas in the oven for 20-30 minutes, tossing them or shaking the pan every 10 minutes. They will be golden and slightly darkened when done.
- Sprinkle the spices over the chickpeas and coat them evenly.
