The following is a list of resources that can help students maintain and improve their physical fitness. Please note that this list is not comprehensive and does not include student organizations that may offer physical activity opportunities to students.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: Physical Activity videos
Short videos that explain physical activity recommendations, provide tips on how to meet them, and demonstrate a variety of muscle strengthening exercises.

Bicycling advocacy, rider education, bicycling safety & awareness, and riding opportunities.

Centre Region Bikeway maps
Maps of bicycle-accessible paths and routes. Get Active
Background information on physical activity and tips to get active.

Purple Lizard Maps
Maps of local recreational areas. Available for purchase online or in local stores for $12.00/map.

Sierra Club-PA Chapter serving Centre County
Variety of outings, including backpacking, hiking, caving, biking, and service opportunities at local parks.
