Quick and Easy Trail Mix

A delicious versatile snack to fuel your body well.

*Makes ~1 cup serving.

Ingredients:​

  • 1 Tbsp chocolate chips​
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds​
  • 2 Tbsp dried cranberries or any other dried fruit​
  • ¼ c almonds or nuts of choice​
  • ½ c whole grain cereal (e.g. Cheerios, Chex)​

Directions:​

  1. Measure out each ingredient and put it in a bowl.​
  2. Stir with a spoon to mix well.​
  3. Pack it in a ziplock bag or container for an easy on the go snack.
