As a college student, you need to make sleep a priority. Sound impossible? Busy schedules, all-nighters and too much caffeine can all wreck havoc on your sleep schedule, and not getting enough sleep can lead to bigger problems, like weight gain and memory trouble. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone. Over half of Penn State students (59.5%) reported that they felt tired, dragged out, or sleepy during the day at least 3 or more days in the past week.
