Dr. Huang’s research focuses on improving the quality of care in the healthcare community and on supporting the long-term sustainability of clinical practice evolution. The ultimate goal of the research concentrations is to develop a series of state-of-the-art healthcare evaluation methods and the associated tool kits. To achieve this goal, Dr. Huang investigates the evolution of workflows at the inpatient, outpatient, and long-term healthcare settings based on the usage of new technology and communication strategies.
