The committee is excited to announce the launch of the AI-Powered ID2ID Program, designed to engage instructional designers with emerging skills and knowledge in AI. This program is tailored to help participants stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving field of educational technology.

Program Highlights for the new version include:

• Cutting-Edge Knowledge: Discover the latest AI technologies transforming education and gain insights into leveraging these tools to enhance learning experiences.
• Hands-On Experience: Engage directly with AI tools and platforms through practical exercises, ensuring valuable hands-on experience.
• Collaborative Projects: Work in pairs or small groups to create AI-enhanced instructional materials, fostering a collaborative learning environment and promoting the exchange of innovative ideas.
• Expert Insight Speaker Series: Attend sessions with AI experts who will provide information on their use of AI, helping our community refine their approaches to teaching and learning.
• Networking Opportunities: Connect with fellow instructional designers, expanding your professional network and building relationships that can support your career growth.

The registration for the Penn State AI-Powered ID2ID is now open, with applications being accepted through December 1, 2024.
