The current list of ITS subunit Process Liaisons:
Role
- Provides a single point of contact for one or more IT Service Management process(s).
- Represent ITS interests with Service Management teams.
- Provide the authority or ability to make changes in the process as required, and manage process(es) end-to- end so as to ensure optimal overall performance.
- Create a new environment by displaying a motivational impatience for results (be a behavior change leader).
- Ensure alignment of the process to the IT strategy.
- Provides information to unit (ITS) process manager as needed.
- Responsible for information exchange with other sub-unit process liaisons.
- Communicate the organizational vision and the process’s strategic goals to subunit.
- Communicate with and manage the expectations of customers of IT Services
- Identify and assimilate similar and/or overlapping activities/initiatives within subunit.
- Publicize activities and build commitment and consensus around Process Management activities
- Responsible for sub-unit workflow, compliance and information exchange.
- Provide process ownership through design, implementation and continuous improvement activities in the process life cycle.
- Work with all functions within the subunit to ensure processes are executed as designed and measured accurately and completely
- Facilitate resolution of interface problems with other process owners
- Time commitment is dependent upon need and vary from process to process and from area to area.
