We are all adopting the same processes.
We are adopting them together.
The IT Transformation (ITX) Program is the two-and-a-half year program tasked with developing and implementing the Penn State Service Management Program, an accepted standard for University service models, processes, and tools that improves the consistency and efficiency of Penn State services.
This site is designed to be a dynamic space where ITS staff can explore how our unit will be transforming to provide better service to our customers and more value to the University. Content will be added, updated, and changed as new information is developed or becomes available.
The content is managed jointly by ITS process managers and process team members, as well as subunit project managers/coordinators with the assistance of ITX Program and Service Management Office team members. Please direct any questions to the applicable ITS Process Manager or to Richard Dumm (rdd4@psu.edu), ITS Unit Coordinator for ITX.
