Alum publishes chapbook

As the winner of Structo Magazine’s first poetry chapbook contest, Penn State Altoona alumna Christina Seymour has had her chapbook, Flowers Around Your Soft Throat, published. The collection is built around Seymour’s winning entry for the 2015 Structo psalms contest, ‘A Song of Loves’, and expands on its themes of domesticity, grief, and hope.

Seymour is a 2011 graduate of the English program. She earned her MFA in poetry from West Virginia University in 2014 and currently teaches creative and professional writing and literature at Maryville College in East Tennessee.

The chapbook may be purchased at https://gumroad.com/l/YWCaQ# online.
