We are less than two months away from the Penn State Altoona Alumni Society Community for Kids Golf Tournament Friday, July 21 at Sinking Valley Country Club in Altoona! Not a golfer? Join us for our special Tee It Up Reception, open to all alumni and friends, Thursday, July 20 at the Blairmont Club in Hollidaysburg. Tickets to attend the reception are $40 and can be purchased by calling the Office of Development and Alumni Relations at 814-949-5091.
Proceeds from the tournament benefit the Alumni Society’s scholarship program, the Blair County Children’s Advocacy Center, and Penn State Altoona Intercollegiate Athletics.

Former Nittany Lion football and NFL player, Justin Kurpeikis, will take part in the tournament and attend the July 20 reception. The standout DE earned All B1G honors in 2000 and went on to play in the NFL with the Steelers and Patriots. Kurpeikis is now co-founder and partner of Atlas Therapy in State College and Altoona.
