Jeff Puhala is an Instructional Designer for the Filippelli e-Institute and Outreach unit within the College of the Liberal Arts at the University Park campus. Jeff holds a Doctor of Education degree in Curriculum Leadership from Northeastern University, a Master of Education degree in K-12 Administration from California University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Music degree in Saxophone Performance from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Jeff taught for 16 years in the Pennsylvania public school system prior to joining Penn State University. His research interests include educator professional development, using information communication technology to improve teaching and learning, and organizational change management in education.
