Juxtaposition in Adobe Photoshop

Two works with Adobe Photoshop CC using juxtaposition.

  1. Elephant with bytterfly wings.

warm up #1

In this picture, I chose to cut out the elephant’s ears using the selection tool and replacing them by the wings of a blue butterfly. There is no deep meaning in this work, but seeing the similarities between the ears of the elephants and the wings of the butterflies. I did not alter color or add any special effect.

  1. Shell with turntable horn.

warm up #2

Juxtaposition made to illustrate the sound we hear when we put the shell opening close to the ear, as if music came out of it. To cut out the horn, I used the selection tool and attached it to the shell. Next, I added a special effect to the horn using the photographic effect section.
