The Registrar’s Office recently shared an update on the activation process for current students for the spring 2017 semester.
The four step process has been completed for students to be able to enroll in spring 2017.
1. Students were term activated.
2. Enrollment appointments were assigned.
3. BFR holds were placed.
4. Pre-Registration Activity Guides were assigned.
A couple items to remember –
*Students will have a BFR hold placed each semester and they must complete the Pre-Registration Activity Guide each semester in order to release the BFR hold. The last step of the Activity Guide is the student is the Financial Responsibility Agreement.
*Once enrollment appointments are assigned, they do not change automatically if a student’s total credits change (i.e. transfer credits come in and bump them to the next appointment). Students should be referred to the Registrar’s Office if this situation occurs.
