Here are some updates on the new user interface (UI) for students:
* The new UI came in response to complaints from students; LionPATH was
urged by executive committee to update the UI
* After testing with out student advisor group, the new UI was rolled out on May
10; we have received positive feedback from students
* LionPATH sent out 2 emails regarding dual student/staff role
* Help documents have been, and continue to be, replaced
* A demo has been developed for staff
* The new student interface was extensively tested for all current browsers. The only browser issue of which we are currently aware pertains to the printing of a student’s class schedule. Chrome is the only browser where printing works reliably for all cases. We ask anyone who encounters other issues that appear to be browser issues to report them by creating a service ticket. This is the best mechanism for providing feedback and drives the fixes that get on the LDMO list.
