Lexiang Huang (he/him) is a final-year PhD student in Computer Science and Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University, working with Dr. Timothy Zhu. Before joining Penn State, he received his B.E. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech). During his PhD study, Lexiang interned at Microsoft Research and Twitter. Currently, his research interests broadly lie in improving the performance of complex distributed systems, and he is actively collaborating with large-scale companies to debug performance issues and to improve cloud efficiency. Apart from conducting research, Lexiang is a violinist in Penn State Philharmonic Orchestra.
