Implement a buddy system: meeting up with a small group and getting lunch/dinner or ice cream before the meeting and then walking there together.
Encourage outside social events such as snow tubing or climbing Mount Nittany
Provide incentives such as attending events to give you points to participate in the most appealing aspects of the club (for instance, Habitat send members on the Collegiate Challenge who participate the most in the club.)
