I am in my 4th year as a PhD student at Penn State temporarily located at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. My research consists of a transiting exoplanet science (JWST simulations, atmospheric retrieval, modeling), planetary science (early martian climate), and astrobiology (early Earth biosignatures). My research is funded by NSF GRFP, and the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation’s Minority Graduate Scholarship.
I am also heavily involved in Learn to Be Nonprofit. We aim to provide free 1-on-1 tutoring to underserved and homeless youth by pairing up with schools to provide after school programs and partnering with equally awesome organizations like School on Wheels.
