Microsoft Excel – Beyond Columns & Rows

Course Description

Microsoft Excel is more than a spreadsheet. The program offers assistance in organizing, calculating, and graphing data.

This hands-on course will showcase basic features of Microsoft Excel. Participants will begin with a tour of the program’s interface and end with the ability to manipulate workbooks and worksheets and print their data.

This training is held in one 3-hour session.

Microsoft Excel – Shortcuts and Time-Savers

Course Description

Microsoft Excel features some useful shortcuts and time-savers. Many of these are just a click or keystroke away!

In this hands-on course, participants will learn about some of the most popular shortcuts. They will also learn about other ways to make Excel more in tune with their day-to-day tasks.

Course Description

Learn to create and edit Excel charts. Discover various chart components and methods to emphasize data. Participants will learn how to determine which type is appropriate your data.

Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts

Course Description

This hands-on session will teach participants how to create Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts for data analysis.

Learn to customize a pivot table by selecting subsets of data, rearranging data, adding and removing data, and changing the data format. The course will also include information on how to create and customize pivot charts to provide an interactive summary of the data in a chart format.
