Bruker DRX-400

The DRX-400 is the second choice instrument (after HD-500) for standard 1D/2D NMR experiments on small molecules. It is equipped with an inverse broadband (BBI) probe with z-axis gradient (broadband channel tunable from 109Ag to 31P). The instrument runs on Topspin 1.3/Linux. The DRX-400 is optimized for gradient enhanced 2D experiments (HMQC, HSQC, HMBC, COSY, TOCSY, and NOESY) as well as water suppression experiments.

Bruker AV-360**

The Bruker AV-360 is equipped with a 5-mm BBO probe and a VT control unit. The instrument uses Topspin 1.3/Linux. It is primarily used for 1D 1H and 31P NMR experiments.

Bruker DPX-300

The Bruker DPX-300 is equipped with a 5 mm BBO probe and a sample temperature control unit. It has an SGI O2 host computer running XwinNMR 2.6. It is primarily used for 1D with variable temperature (-80º to +120ºC)).

Bruker (C) DPX-300

The (C) DPX-300 is equipped with a 5-mm QNP (1H, 19F, 11B, 13C) probe and VT control unit. It has an SGI O2 host computer running XwinNMR 2.6. It is primarily used for 1D with VT (-80º to +120ºC) and for 1D 1H, 13C, 19F, 11B experiments.
