Kate Rosenberg is a lecturer in the English Department and teaches composition and creative writing. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh, her MFA in Creative Writing at the University of Arizona, and her Ph.D. from the University of Utah. Kate took nearly a ten-year hiatus from full time teaching to work in social services with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. She is passionate about weaving the world outside the classroom with the study of modes of communication as tools for change. In her spare time, Kate collects stickers, glues glitter on anything that doesn’t move, and watches true crime documentaries and baseball. She eats pie for breakfast and shares a wacky, wonderful life with her 6 yr.old daughter and husband.
