2010 PSGC Fellowship
Michael Lapsey received a PSGC Fellowship award in 2010 while in pursuit of his doctoral degree at Penn State. His doctoral research was in the field of microfluidics, and he worked on the integration of optical and acoustic elements with microfluidic systems while targeting biomedical applications. Currently, Michael is the lead systems engineer at Exelis, a global aerospace, defense, and information solutions company.
