Business Etiquette Dinner – Apr 20

Career Services is holding their annual Etiquette Dinner on Thursday, April 20 at 6:00 PM in the Ostermayer Room located in the SCC. Students will learn the basics of proper social etiquette that are required to make a strong first impression at an interview or business dinner function. They will also learn acceptable greeting techniques, proper conversation topics, how to eat difficult food items without looking unprofessional, choosing the right attire, and global business relations.

  • This event is on a first come, first serve basis and there are only 30 spots available. Juniors and Seniors receive priority attendance.  If more than 30 students are interested in attending, there will be a small waiting list. This event usually has a great turnout and we hope this year is no different. In the past, professors have offered extra credits for students who attended the Etiquette Dinner. Offering extra credit will make students want to attend and prizes will always be given out.
  • If you have any questions about the Etiquette Dinner, please contact Dr. Erica Tachoir at eec16@psu.edu.
