My name is Apurva Bhogale and I am a freshman at the Pennsylvania State University in the Schreyer Honors College. This blog is a response to the “Rhetoric and Civil Life” english course.

My task is to write both personal posts and academic posts. My academic posts from the first semester are under the category “RCL” and responded to questions concerning rhetoric and civics, the book “Americanah”, and other as directed by my instructor. The second semester of freshman year have academic posts under the category “civic issues”. My personal posts are under the category “personal” and elaborate on the topic of perspective and the differences in culture around the world inspired by my personal first-generation immigrant observations.
