        • Sent out note to touch base with faculty on 5/31 to make sure all is going forward well
          • Received immediate feedback
          • Some of the problems faced with the virtual lab.
            • The students are not familiar with Linux interface.
            • The system response is slow.
            • As the virtual lab is a completely isolated system, they really cannot do anything else. They cannot explore.
          • I have the feeling that many students read too quickly &/or are unwilling to work through problem-solving scenarios
      • IST 230
        • Saw an email from two students about quiz questions not being available
        • Called Larry N since he is unavailable to confirm that it was okay to make this accessible to students
        • Emailed both students to let them know that the quiz was now available

          • He hadn’t called anyone there, only emailed
          • Immediately resolved once he called
        • Student wanted to use ANGEL chat to communicate with teammates, guessing it was because it’s an integrated tool.
        • We need an LMS like Canvas that integrates into commonly used apps to provide the best student experience
      • IST 302
        • Received another email about policy (late work) in the course when replied I was told that the question wasn’t asked because it applied to her
