Websites using WebAccess are down

The following websites are currently unavailable: 

  • NLCN Account Request,
  • RLion 
  • CounselorTrak
  • SLS Intake Form, 
  • and any other WebAccess required site on studentaffairs.psu.edu, and www.sa.psu.edu.

We have reported the problem to ITS and are currently working with them on the server.

EMS (Reservation System) upgrade completed

The EMS (Reservation System) upgrade to version 7 completed successfully.
The automatic rollout of the new client version to each EMS user machine started by 4pm and will continue through the weekend.
If you do not have the new version by 9am on Monday, Aug 13, 2012, please call or send a message to the Service Desk.

Access to the COM’s (ACOM,BCOM,CCOM,PCOM,TCOM) is either very slow or not accessible at this time.
They are currently working on this issue.
