The Grand Palace was built over 150 years for the home of the Thai King and the Royal court. Within the palace, there are many impressive building including Wat Phra Kaew (Temple of the Emerald Buddha). Men must wear long pant with closed toed shoes. Women must wear long pant or long skirt. Also, everyone is required to take off your shoe, as a sign of respecting Buddha.
The most rated activity in Bangkok – Bangkok Floating Market
The Bangkok floating market is a market that sellers would sell fruits, vegetables, and local food on their boats or shops near the riverbank. By walking in the market, there would be a lot of many traditional Thai desert and souvenir available for tourists. Therefore, boats were the main transportation in Traditional Thai lifestyle in the past. This is because boats were relatively cheap compared to cars in the past. Also, people who have their house located near a river could take water for cooking and washing clothes easily.

This was a very nice post about Thailand. It makes me want to go a second time! The first time I went I was only eight years old, and I went to many different places that I don’t exactly remember much about…BUT I remember it was very very pretty. I loved the beaches. That’s why I definitely want to go again and experience the culture! I can just imagine myself learning thai boxing….Hopefully one day I can visit again.
