Nothing happens when the button is pressed.
Solution #1: Press the button firmly.
Brand new buttons – or buttons that haven’t seen as much usage – may be slightly springier than older ones and the switch inside may not contact without the appropriate pressure. If the button light is on, press the button and hold it down for a slightly longer amount of time. In general, firmly press the button instead of lightly tapping it.
Solution #2: Make sure the OBS application is in the foreground and full screen.
Since the One Button Studio application coordinates actions between the light controls, the button, and the BlackMagic box it must be running in the foreground and be in full screen mode to prevent problems. If it is the foreground application and pressing the button still doesn’t cause the software work, check the USB connection from the button to the computer and then reboot the computer.
