November 12 Luncheon

Welcome to this new workshop, where we will seek novel applications of virtual reality technology to Ecology research.

We will be kicking off with a luncheon in the fall, to connect interested scholars and generate ideas, which will help shape the agenda of the workshop in April 2016.

The luncheon will provide an overview of current 3D modeling and VR activities on campus with a particular focus on ecology and environmental applications. Potential resources, applications, workflows and emerging collaborations will be introduced and discussed as spring boards for larger research endeavors.

We will meet in the Immersive Environment Lab (Room 208) in the Stuckeman Family Building on November 12, 12pm-2pm.

If you have not already, please use the registration form here.

We hope to see you there!
