Carmen Gass
Carmen Gass is the User Services Training Coordinator, for the User Services unit at Penn State Libraries. Responsible for customer service training from many angles, Carmen accepted a shift this year at the Special Collections Library’s Research Services desk. She will offer her insight on person-to-person service in a closed stack setting with plenty of technology to triage while doing so.
