Information for Oral Presenters, Poster Presenters and Exhibitors

Connect to Meeting Site

The conference will work using the conference services website where you set up your account, registered and submitted your abstract. The direct link is:

https://conference-service.com/2021colloids/access.html

If you are already registered, just login.  If you are not registered, first set up account, register and login.

Once you login, click on “Access the virtual conference” on the sidebar of your login page.

You will see the detailed Interactive Agenda for the meeting on the left and Chat space on the right.  The Agenda has all technical sessions listed and provide the ZOOM links for the live technical sessions.

You can go from one session to another, video chat with speakers in ZOOM breakout room assigned to each session and communicate with any presenter at the meeting using the Chat space.

Oral Presenters

You will give a live ZOOM presentation and there is no need for uploading any presentation.

The time duration allotted for your talk includes the time for the talk as well as for any Questions & Answers.

Poster Presenters

Upload your poster by clicking on “Your submissions” in the login page selecting Presentation upload.

You will see an option there also for a video upload. It is your choice to submit a video presentation not exceeding 5 minutes.

Participate in the ZOOM poster session on Tuesday, June 15 and Wednesday, June 16, 5:00 PM-7:00 PM (ET) and the sessions will be entirely devoted to live Questions & Answers.

Exhibitors

Upload your poster or presentation by clicking on “Your submissions” in the login page selecting Presentation upload. This is optional.

You will see an option there also for a video upload. It is your choice to submit a video presentation not exceeding 5 minutes.

Participate as host of your ZOOM Exhibitor session on Monday, June 14 from 5:00 PM -7:00 PM (ET) to share information about your company/products of interest to the colloid and surface science community and connect with meeting attendees.
