I’ve now finished the year of #365scienceselfies. I can’t believe I was actually able to take a photo each and every day, representing as much as I could about the life of a scientist – from teaching to research to hobbies – and even to surgery!

So I’ve taken a full year of photos – now what? What do these photos mean? What do they show? And how can this collection and the collection of photos taken by other scientists posted on social media make a difference in helping others understand the life of a scientist? These are now the questions for myself and others to answer in 2017.  Stay tuned!
