Welcome to the 3D Printing Club!

The Penn State 3-D Printing Club provides students with the means and opportunity to construct and work with various types of 3D Printers like the Prusa, TAZ, FlashForge, Ender, CR, and many more!

Members get to partake in semester-round competitions learning, developing, and utilizing their skills in computer-aided design software like SolidWorks, to enhance their designing capabilities. These skills are easily translatable to relevant coursework as well as the real world.

The areas where additive manufacturing (3D Printing) is useful include but are not limited to cheaper and more efficient prototyping, prosthetics, healthcare, the footwear industry, and the manufacturing industry.
