1995: A Year of Campus Improvements

crags2137Many changes and improvements were made to buildings on campus in 1995.  New campus directories were placed all over campus, the Science and Technology building received a new roof, campus streets were renamed, and multiple renovations took place in the Olmsted Building.   The admission and registration offices were moved to share the building in which the Center for Research and Graduate Studies (CRAGS), located across from where the CUB fitness center stands today.  This building had been used as an infirmary for the Olmsted Air Force Base, and now serves as the financial aid office on campus.

In addition to these improvements, funding for the highly anticipated Library of the Future was secured early in the year, and the long-awaited new library building plans were set in motion.
