Curt E. Marshall
Curt Marshall started his career at Penn State in 1988 in the financial aid office, and for 11 years he worked with underrepresented students across the University to get them to graduation. He then worked in Philadelphia in admissions and financial aid for three years before returning to University Park in 2003, joining the College of Arts and Architecture. He currently serves as director of access, recruitment, and retention. He is proud of his impact on students of all ethnicities, helping them get into Penn State and earn their degrees. His mantra of “Network or Not Work” has connected many students, faculty, and alumni across the years. He is proud that he, his wife, and three kids are all Penn Staters.
